Shipping & Care

SHIPPING
We're happy to post Bride&Wolfe items all over the world. The further flung, the better! All orders will be processed the day we receive payment confirmation. Orders within Australia should arrive within 5 days, but may take up to 10 days. We aim to ship International orders within 5 days but they may take up to 21 days to arrive. Occasionally there may be a longer wait in which case you will be contacted via email. Please be aware that any Customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PAYMENT
For our international customers we accept all major credit cards on our secure SSL server. We also accept paypal payments. For orders within Australia we will also accept cheques , money orders and internet banking payments. If you'd prefer one of these options please contact us here.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We've thought long and hard about the best way to ship to our international buddies, balancing price, efficiency and the safety of our goods. All our products are shipped via Registered Australia Air Post. You'll need to sign for the package upon delivery, either at your place or, if the postman doesn't catch you, at your local Post Office. Shipping is free for all orders over A$450 (except customized pieces).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
For all our local friends (including New Zealand) we ship via Registered Australia Post. You'll need to sign for the package upon delivery, either at your place or, if you miss the postie, at your local Post Office. We provide free shipping on orders over $350 within Australia & New Zealand (except customized pieces). Here's a little chart to help you do the sums.

CARE
We craft every Bride&Wolfe object with the expectation that it will be displayed for many, many years. However, our pieces can be damaged if not handled with care. To ensure your silhouette lasts long enough to be an heirloom, please:
-hold it only by the string.
-hang it where it will be sheltered from wind, rain and slamming doors.
-learn to love the minor variations in texture and finish - like an artist's signature, they're your guarantee that every piece is finished by hand.
-try to keep the original packaging should you ever move house or do some redecorating, as it's a perfect fit and, packed correctly, will protect your Bride&Wolfe piece from damage.

To hang your Bride&Wolfe piece you can use the tried and true method of a little hook or nail, like hanging a painting, or you can use one of any number of non-permanent sticky hooks widely available in hardware stores and craft shops. We use 3M's 'command adhesive hooks' at home. They're perfect for Bride&Wolfe pieces and can be easily removed leaving no marks on your surfaces. For windows, we use small, clear suction cups with hooks, available in newsagents and office supplies stores.

RETURNS:
We hope the arrival of your Bride&Wolfe order will see you spilling over with joy. However, if you get more of a sinking feeling, please email us within 7 days of receiving the order to arrange a refund (minus postage costs). We'll need you to post the piece back to us in its original packaging using registered post. As soon as we have received the undamaged item, we'll refund your money. We're also happy to replace your piece or offer credit for a future purchase. We'll work something out!

In the case of breakage in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item and we'll arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Any later then 24 hours and we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement.

(NB. Some computer screens have colour variations that may slightly differ from the original Bride&Wolfe item.)
